Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No cash refunds.  Any refund will be given as system credit at the discretion of Denote Communications. Any unused credit with the system will expire after 12 months of inactivity. A subscription will continue until cancelled by the client with 30 days notice. The client will be responsible for removing all data prior to the termination of the account.

All sites will be kept in trial mode while under design and development until initial launch. After initial launch the site will be considered a paid subscription. The subscription will be considered active regardless of the use of the services by the client as the website will be accessible at all times.
